Office 365 gives you the power of Microsoft Exchange server and access to Microsoft Office suite without having to run it on your own servers.
You pay per user per month, connect to email via Outlook just as you would if you had your own Exchange server.
Dependent on the Office 365 Plan you will also have access to Microsoft SharePoint server, a product that allows you to host internal sites that your users can store and share document libraries, forms, and many types of other information.

How does it work?

Your Office 365 environment is linked to your Internet domain name.
Your user accounts and environment are setup in Office 365.
Your existing day is migrated to the Office 365 servers.
Users access their emails on their desktops and notebooks via Outlook, or web mail via an Internet browser.
Microsoft Office is installed on your PC’s in the normal manner and can be used in the way you are used to.

Office 365 also provides you access to a Web browser version of your Office applications. This enables you to access and work on your files anywhere- even if you don’t have access to your PC.

Office 365 is Cloud-based productivity, hosted by Microsoft.

At its heart is Office itself. The familiar Office applications customers use and love; now offered as a Cloud service, so it’s always up to date.
